Grease AGAINST LEAN OR MORE STUPID WAR OF THE WORLD // GRASSE CONTRO MAGRE, OVVERO LA GUERRA PIÙ STUPIDA DEL MONDO

So as you noticed, in the last year I lost half a stone, mainly due to physical activity: I learned to love the sport, sweat and toil, and although at first it was difficult, now I could not live less. My eating habits, believe it or not, have not changed particularly, but doing exercise most days I can afford to eat that plate of pasta in more without feeling guilty.

Obviously my work here on the web requires constant "put his face" in every action of mine: it is no surprise, therefore, that every day I come every tons of comments about my physical appearance, especially on my weight. Basically I am told:

a) I have lost weight too much and I mulled face (so that I was better before)

b) I'm fat (and I will be OK after a good diet)

Indeed it is true that when dimagrisco the first to be affected is the face, but that does not mean that under both suddenly become a supermodel, indeed !! My ciccette there are always, especially on the lower floors where I make it harder to lose them, but surely the whole I'm not complaining!

Be a "public figure", albeit in a niche world like that of the make-up, it is my choice, so get positive or negative criticism is part of the game; besides all are always the first to emphasize the importance of the comments and conversation, albeit virtual. What I find troubling, however, is the total obsession that good or bad we all towards the physical; I'm not talking about a healthy interest, which leads us to seek what is best for us, from power proper to the sport, but the tendency to judge a person by his appearance.

"Look, bigass that!", "Do you good to put away that sandwich and eat a nice salad", "But you eat? You look anorexic! "," What are you complaining about, so you can eat all you want and you're still a toothpick "," I have big thighs "," I'm too skinny and not like myself. "

Raise your hand if you never said a sentence of these, about herself or another girl. We have reached a point of no return, where we can just be fat or thin, because there is no longer the concept of normality! Just imagine that in America the various magazines always devote a page to the "fashion for oversized" ... the thing bothers me a lot, because I think it is understood as "hold dear, read tips for fat and leave the rest Size 38" Do not We wonder if we end up associating moral values to the physical, as if an overweight person or a very dry they were "worse" than others with physical "standard."

The truth is that we should stop focusing only on appearance and try to dig deeper: the girl that I am criticizing is well constitution? Eat too much / too little / do sports? He likes himself? It is comfortable with herself? But above all, my business ?? For all we know, our classmate overweight may have some dysfunction that leads her to gain weight more than another, no matter what they eat. Similarly the dry dry, without curves and without breasts could be really anorexic, as we like to call behind him, but it could also just have a fast metabolism and a tendency not to accumulate fat, and for all we know it could also suffer a lot its appearance and want some extra Pounds! That other beautiful girl, tall and physically perfect, there is on the balls? Too bad girls, was luckier than us and how much we can pull them behind curses certainly not will win a giant leek in the forehead, or will be filled with cellulite overnight! ;)

The funny thing, then, is that we women the most vicious and aggressive on this subject, while men often do not care about that if we weigh 3 kg more or 3 less!

Jude Law with the babysitter / lover with whom he cheated on Sienna Miller; I wonder how many of you are thinking "how did you go with one with the legs so big when he was the nearby Miller ??"

What do I think about all this?

Well, I think the question is not so much "fat vs. skinny ", but to be healthy or not. If I felt the need to get back in shape, it was not only to matters of physical appearance, but its "ommioddio, do you exit the underground, and I out of breath." I noticed the same thing on my super-grandmother after a life overweight, lost 10 kg and is ... rejuvenated! Do you think 70 years is planning to visit me in New York (and who was there knows that it is not the most relaxing cities in the world as you walk to and fro on!)

So girls, stop this "war" between lean and fat, because we will not achieve anything! Besides all know very well that for most of you this is just a little commentini 'free acids, but that when it really comes to really judge a person and choose your friendships know how to use well the most important parameters! ;) If you imagine that ridiculous a world where thin are only the lean and fat only with fat?
