the 8 typical mistakes that you make in the shower and that, once avoided, will make us even more beautiful, soft and ... clean! Here then

nevertheless it may be even easier to run into an error that could ruin our skin or do not make us get the most from the treatments we do in the shower!

Are you ready to change forever your routine? Then read this post!

BELIEVE THAT THE SOAP IS FULL OF GERMS ... AND SPONGE

Many think that the solid soap is unsanitary and that should be avoided because it can accumulate germs, more than clean the skin of the body. In fact, it is true that the soap might not be for everyone, but simply because they tend to be more aggressive than many liquid or oily. A study published by the National Center for Biotechnology Information, in fact, denies that the use of soap and solid soaps may actually be due to the spread of bacteria.

That from which we should be on guard, however, are the sponges and all the tools that many love to increase the foaming effect and possibly scrubbante of detergents and bubble bath. Sponges yes trapping bacteria and germs and to avoid it, it would be to give them some care - as well as changing them frequently.

In the first place it would be necessary to dry them and dry after each use: leave the shower humidity is the worst thing you can do to avoid the proliferation of bacteria. Then the case would be not to use them every day, but at most a few times a week and should not be used in the days immediately after shaving, when the skin is more sensitive and "attacked" by bacteria.

Do not ever go used on the face and private parts, and, at least once a week, even if you've never used, it should be washed with a disinfectant. How often are thrown away? According to the American dermatologist Dr. Melissa Piliang, whether it is a natural sponge, every 3-4 weeks, if it is plastic every two months.

DO THE SHOWER EVERY DAY

For many it is a must. Others prefer to wash every morning and evening "in pieces" and reserving the shower to the post-physical activity and to the days when you also want to wash your hair (the frequency of which depends on the scalp but whose ideal would be two / three times a week ). Well, whatever you think, it is this second group of people who will be healthier and will have better skin and hair !!

The shower is the only way to wash is a myth, and indeed, it is not recommended by any expert, undergo daily showers. This is because water, often hot and powerful jet, too dry up the skin and daily use of surfactants and soaps all over the body the disidraterebbero. Moreover, the scalp does not help the so frequent washing and, as regards the private parts is well wash them once or at most twice a day and always with the right product - and not with the common bubble bath.

If you can not give up their daily shower, then, it is good to be short, not hot and that you lather your entire body only a day and go off - including hair. Every day should be soaped only areas such as the neck, armpits, feet and groin.

WASH YOUR FACE LIKE THE REST OF THE BODY

And your face? It would be to not wash at all in the shower, but wipe it up later. Firstly as a matter of products: the bubble bath is not suitable for washing the face - often even if the package says "face and body". For an area so delicate that reserve skincare routine painstaking (and expensive) is the case of using something more delicate. Also it is good to remove all traces of shampoo and other hair products that might have touched the face - and who do not at all good for your skin.

If so, please wash your face in the shower, I advise you to bring your favorite specific detergent, soap your face when you have already "done" the shower, turned off the water, so as to evenly distribute the product, and rinse everything. You can eventually lead also with you on your device for cleaning the face, if suitable for use under water!

The new Clarisonic Mia and Alpha Fit Fit, for example, are very comfortable to be used in the shower because "standing", making it easy to handle and also laid on a small ripiano.CREDERE THAT THE SHOWER TO BE MADE IN THE MORNING

The truth is that it is more a question of personal taste. There are those who need the shower as a coffee and uses it to "wake up" and who uses it as "relaxed" at the end of a long day. Glamour USA interviewed Dr. Joel Schlessinger, a "Top Doctor" Nebraska, just to know what was the best moment, according to experts. The dermatologist suggested it in the evening, to get rid of the smog and all the filth accumulated during the day, but insists that it is more of a preference.

DO THE SHOWER TOO HOT

As mentioned earlier, the too hot water dehydrates the skin, making it weak, devoid of water and prone to flaking. Simply put, if you have skin that comes off, a few hairs under the skin and a texture more like that of a reptile that of a human being, you probably do too hot showers. And maybe…

Hydrate NOT AFTER THE SHOWER (OR HAVE IT TOO LATE)

... And maybe I miss you hydrated after emerging from the box! For another, if you thought of having to wait for your skin to dry completely before you moisturize, you were wrong again! The skin moist and "full of water" in fact, it is the "ground" perfect for applying a good moisturizer and enhance the properties. Precisely for this reason, I recommend a moisturizer with oil - as opposed to what you might think, not anoint the cream!

Shave JUST AS FIRST STEP INTO THE BOX

I remember why you have said in the past, but it seems the right place to repeat it: for girls who shave with the razor, there is a "right" moment to do it and not just go into the shower! The best thing, in fact, is to leave the hair removal as a last step, when the skin is now soft (and maybe some Peletto under the skin has been "liberated"), and the pores are open from moisture and heat. In this way, there depilerete deeper and last longer!

DRY rubbing INSTEAD dabbing

The towel is not a scrub. To remove dead skin cells is important to exfoliate the skin or regularly with a mild scrub or once in a while a product with a little 'stronger, but what is certain is that you do not load your towel the responsibility of having to do everything he . To prevent, in fact, that he is a receptacle of germs and to avoid weakening too much skin and hair, if you leave the shower and do not rub tamponatevi absolutely nothing!
