Wrap with shea butter

Vi basterà prelevare del burro di karitè dal barattolo con un cucchiaino e riscaldarlo leggermente tra i palmi delle mani oppure a bagnomaria per applicarlo sui talloni senza fatica. Non vi resta che indossare dei calzini di cotone per proteggere i piedi durante la notte. Al mattino risciacquate l'impacco con acqua tiepida e sapone delicato.
8) Impacco al miele
Il miele è un rimedio naturale adatto per prendersi cura della pelle secco, con particolare riferimento alle zone del corpo più ruvide o interessate da problemi di disidratazione, proprio come i talloni. Applicate il miele sui talloni e lasciate agire per 30 minuti prima di risciacquare con acqua tiepida oppure prima di dedicarvi ad un bel pediluvio.
Esfoliante alla farina di ceci
Preparate un esfoliante naturale adatto sia per i talloni che per piedi e gambe mescolando 3 cucchiai di farina di ceci, 3 cucchiai di zucchero di canna e 3 cucchiai di mandorle appositamente tritate oppure di farina di mandorle. A questo punto aggiungete 1 cucchiaio d'olio (ad esempio olio d'oliva extravergine, olio di mandorle o di sesamo) e la quantità d'acqua necessaria ad ottenere un composto facile da applicare e strofinare sulla pelle. Massaggiate più volte lo scrub sui talloni, utilizzate subito eventuali avanzi per fare uno scrub per il corpo insistendo sulle zone ruvide.
Rimedio all'olio e limone
In un bicchiere mescolate 2 cucchiai di succo di limone e 2 cucchiai di olio d'oliva. Aggiungete a poco a poco del bicarbonato di sodio o della farina di riso e mescolato fino ad ottenere un composto cremoso. Massaggiate sui talloni come se fosse uno scrub oppure utilizzatelo come un impacco per ammorbidire la pelle indurita. Questo rimedi è valido anche in caso di calli e duroni.
